This demo showcases a real-time agent co-pilot for a banking client. The LLM agent guides the relationship manager with insights and suggestions, and transcribes and summarizes the audio, in real time.

In this video, the application activates several use cases:

-Retrieval of research notes based on recent customer DIY transactions
-New investment recommendations
-Product upselling using life event predictions
-Hyper-personalized email generation based on the conversation (to be sent as a follow-up after the call)
