Travelled to Abu Dhabi from Colombo Although the web check-in was done earlier but you still have to stand in a long and sometime chaotic line at BIA . Most of the passengers are Transit passengers the ground staff has to deal with lots of them carrying excess baggage. Which is what delays the entire process of breezy check-in. However a note of appreciation to the Sri Lankan ground handling staff.

Boarding was quick and efficient. Flights were punctual outbound and return and leg/knee room wasn't too bad for economy class.

Food served on Colombo- Abu Dhabi route was better Beverage service was better too Food served was typical Sri lankan cuisine, Food was ok but nothing amazing, crew were generic and helpful
