Should You Subscribe To Aether Industries' IPO? | The IPO Show

The price band of the upcoming public issue of specialty chemicals company, Aether Industries has been fixed at Rs 610 to Rs 642. The Aether Industries IPO will open for subscription on 24th May & close on close on 26th May 26, bidding for anchor investors will be conducted on 23rd May, according to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP). The issue size has been reduced from Rs 757 crore to Rs 627 crore following pre-IPO placement. The IPO consists of a fresh issue & OFS of up to 28.2 lakh shares by the promoters. The promoters of the company are Ashwin Jayantilal Desai, Purnima Ashwin Desai, Rohan Ashwin Desai, Dr. Aman Ashvin Desai, AJD Family Trust, PAD Family Trust, RAD Family Trust, AAD Family Trust and AAD Business Trust.
