SuperbMelt Vacuum granulator is specially designed for vacuum casting silver, gold and copper granulates. The casting granules are the main material of jewelry, such as rings and necklaces. It can be used to make all kinds of jewelry,golden products,silverware,silver-plated articles,and the manufacture of all kinds of silver,golden and copper materials.
The vacuum granulator is used to produce high quality and homogenous master grains and alloy grains, starting from raw material molten by induction heating in a protective atmosphere, and then poured into a water tank passing through a multi-hollowed crucible that acts as flow breaker.

Vacuum granulator operation process：
1.According to the connection mark on the machine, connect the two chillers, vacuum pump and vacuum granulator to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2.Put the crucible into the equipment, then put the stopper rod and probe, and finally put the material to be cast，then close the machine cover.
3.Turn on the main power supply, open the cylinder lift ,adjust the power to the maximum and start the equipment with one button.
4.After the work is completed, open the water lock device and the valve to take out the material.
