Mom has been on her ice cream kick, who can blame her, homemade ice cream is delicious. Today she is making us a no churn cherry chocolate ice cream. It's delicious and refreshing. Give this easy ice cream recipe a try.

recipe:

IN mixing bowl place
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
whip until soft peaks form.

once soft peaks for add
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk.
Fold in the milk using a spatula or spoon, once mixed add

14 oz of chopped sweet cherries ( no juices or pits)
4 oz chopped semi sweet chocolate ( dark chocolate would be great too)

mix well,
place in container and freeze overnight.
enjoy.
