ShellShock Live | No Move Games, Do You Play Them?

In this video I bring up the topic of No Move games on shellshock live.
A recent trend of game setup where usually a 4v4 match takes place in which nobody moves and hit stacks of the opposite team of themselves. The rare exception is if they have an imploder or health related weapons, most likely needing xp on them to level. However is this a good method to use in order to grind weapon xp? Should one even use this to farm regular xp? Let me know in the comments your opinions.
