Ken Zitur KZ100 Power Hammer

This is my design for an air hammer that uses steam hammer style linkage to control the operation of the hammer. (www.KensIron.com/KZ100)

The KZ100 Power Hammer operates just like a steam hammer. We use a mechanical linkage and a directional valve along with compressed air to operate and control the hammer. There are no solenoid valves or limit switches.

This 100llb hammer runs on 90 -100psi delivered from a 5hp two stage compressor that puts out 17cfm@175psi and is 20 years old.
