Ingredients(Servings : 2)
2 Cup Sweet Corns
1 small-sized onion
1 small-sized tomato
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Capsicum
1 lemon
Chaat Masala
Black Salt
Salt & Black Pepper Powder
Oregano & Chilly Flakes(Optional)

Process:
1. Add Washed sweet corns in an open pot
2. Add water & Turn on the flame
3. Add Salt
4. Add 1/2tsp black pepper powder(Optional)
5. Wait till a full boil
6. Turn the flame to low & cook for 10-15minutes
7. Turn off the flame & Strain the sweet corns
8. Add corns to a plate
9. Add chopped Yellow bell Pepper
10. Add chopped Red Bell Pepper
11. Add chopped Capsicum
12. Add chopped onions
13. Add chopped tomatoes
14. Sprinkle Chaat Masala
15. Add Chilly flakes for spiciness
16. Squeeze half lemon
17. Add some Oreganos (Optional)

18. Sprinkle some Black Salt

Healthy Corn salad is ready to eat..
