Riding FIXED GEAR up 21% (Red Bull Bay Climb)

No brakes, No problem. The Red Bull Bay Climb is a straight line, uphill, with steep pitches of 21%. There are heats of 10, 4 qualify to the semis, then 2 advance to the finals.
