TLC's My 600-lb Life takes a look at the lives of those struggling with morbid obesity, who aim to drop the pounds and live healthier and happier. Many of the show's participants have successfully achieved their goals and went on with their lives after filming. However, not everyone has been so lucky! A few of them have tragically lost their lives to obesity and health problems–both physical and mental. Here are all the My 600-Lb Life cast members whose untimely death has left us heartbroken!
