നെയ്മീൻ തലക്കറി | King Fish Head Curry Kerala Style

This video is all about my recipe to make a delicious King Fish Head Curry using the below ingredients

Fish Head - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger and Garlic - 1 tbsp each
Shallots - 10
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 3 tbsp
Cocum - 3 pieces, substitute it with tamarind if cocum is not available.
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Salt as needed.
