Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
Cooking oil 2 LS
Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tbs
Chicken 350 gms (hand chopped)
Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
Meethi (Fenugreek leaves) chopped 2 tbs
Pani (Water) 5-10 Cups & Carrots or any other Vegetables you can add
