Let's Play: Alone in the Dark (2024) (Part 5)

Continuing our New Game+ run as Emily, I try desperately to remember my way back through the game to uncover the differences. As I explore the Hateful Mound, Cemetery and Taroella, it quickly becomes apparent that nothing of substance has changed from my Carnby run,

Yet that doesn't mean it is a pointless exercise. Emily's investigation does have a very different feel as her cut scenes reveal a less hostile side of Derceto and a plot that is more closely tied to the mysterious Dark Man.

This run took me from the beginning of the Hateful Mound area to the entrance of the Sunken Temple. Will I get the game finished next time? Only time will tell...
