Ingredients For Chicken Manchurian-
For Marination :
1st Marination –
-Chicken Breast (1) – 200-250 Gms (Cut Into Bite Size Pieces)
-Ginger-garlic Paste (Adrak-lehsan Paste) - 1 Tbsp
-Salt (Namak) – ½ Tsp
-Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) – ½ Tsp
-Egg (Anda) – 1
2nd Marination –
-Corn Starch -2 Tsp

-Oil for deep frying

Other Ingredients :
-Oil - 2 Tbsp
-Garlic (Lehsan) - 1 Tbsp (Minced)
-Adrak (Adrak) - 1 Tbsp (Minced)
-Onion (Pyaaz) - 1 Small (Chopped)
-Spring Onion White (Hara Pyaaz) - 1/3rd Cup
-Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) - 2-3 (Chopped)
-Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) - 1/3rd Cup (Diced)
-Salt (Namak) - 1/2 Tsp
-Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
-Corn Starch - 1 Heap Tsp (Slurry) - Water (1 Cup)
-Vinegar (Sirka) - 1 Tsp
-Red Chilli Sauce - 1 Tsp
-Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2-1 Tsp


For Garnishing :
-Handful Of Spring Onion Green (Hare Pyaaz Ke Patte)


Preparation :
-Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste & egg & keep aside for atleast 15-30 minutes.
-After 30 minutes marinate the chicken with corn starch & mix well to ensure even coating of the chicken pieces.

Process :
-Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying.
-Next add the marinated chicken one by one & deep fry on medium-high heat until light golden brown.
-Heat oil in a pan & add minced garlic. Give a quick stir & then add minced ginger. Saute on high flame for 15-20 seconds.
-Next add chopped onion & saute for about a minute on high flame.
-Add spring onion white & again saute for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
-Further add the chopped green chillies & fry for a minute.
-Add diced capsicum & continue strring for about a minute on high flame. Do not overcook to keep the crunch of the capsicum.
-Add salt & black pepper powder & give a nice mix.
-Add corn-starch slurry & mix again.
-Next add vinegar, red chilli sauce, dark soy sauce & give a nice mix.
-Add the fried chicken pieces, continue cooking on high flame for around 2 minutes.
-Garnish with spring onion greens & give a quick mix.
-Serve with your favourite rice or noodles.
