Looking for the secret to the perfect Paloma cocktail? Look no further! In this video, I'll show you how to master the Paloma with my secret grapefruit soda recipe. I was never a big fan of grapefruit soda due to its artificial flavors, so I decided to make my own soda to bring out the true grapefruit flavors in the Paloma.

To make the grapefruit soda for two servings, you'll need 6 oz grapefruit juice, 1.5 oz lime juice, 1.25 oz 2:1 agave syrup, and 5 drops of half and half salt and MSG solution*. Simply shake all the ingredients together with a large ice cube, then fine strain the mixture into a siphon. Inject a CO2 cartridge, shake gently for 10 seconds, release the gas, and open the siphon.

To make the Paloma, fill a highball glass with ice and add 2 oz of blanco tequila. Top with approximately 4 oz of the homemade grapefruit soda, sprinkle sea salt over the drink, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
