In a significant development in the Bengaluru blast case, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken four members of the ISIS Ballari module into custody. The arrest comes in the wake of the explosion at Rameshwaram cafe, which the NIA suspects is linked to the ISIS Ballari module.
