Today I’m making a simple and hearty potato and egg skillet recipe.

Ingredients:
250 g potatoes
60 ml vegetable oil
½ tsp salt (for potatoes)
3 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground allspice pepper
1 bell pepper (diced)
A bunch of green onions (or any herbs)
3 tbsp thick unsweetened yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tbsp flour (sifted)
90 g cheese (grated).
Fry potatoes until golden, mix eggs with veggies and yogurt, pour over, cook under lid, flip, top with cheese — and enjoy!
