Second day of action for the 95th edition of the Italian GP at the renewed Monza Circuit
The temple of speed hosted the thid practice session and the qualifyng for the 2024 F1 cars, with the pole position of Lando Norris in front of his team-mate Oscar Piastri, completing a McLaren 1-2. Second row for the Mercedes of George Russell and the Ferrari of the home hero Charles Leclerc. Fifth place for the other Ferrari of Carlos Sainz jr, followed by the driver that will take his place at the Pracing Horse's team, Lewis Hamilton. Just seventh Max Verstappen, with Sergio Perez just behind him in their two Red Bull
Not just the modern F1s hit the track, with a demo runs organized by Officina Caira with historic cars, including a couple of McLarens (MP4-21 and MP4-27A), a Lotus Type 91, a March 811 and many more
