For Marination
10 Pieces chicken lollipop
1 Medium sized lemon juice
1 & 1/4 Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tsp soy sauce
1 & 1/2 Tsp all purpose flour (maida)
2 Tbsp cornflour
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying

For Sauce
2 Tsp oil
2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
4 Tbsp tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp chilli sauce
1 Tsp sugar
1 Chopped green chilli
1 Tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 Tbsp water
1 Tsp soy sauce
1-2 Tbsp water
