You can use any beans like black beans, kidney beans, aduki beans as long as beans are pressure cooked to avoid anti- nutrients lectins that are terrible for digestion. You can buy EDEN or Jovial brand these 2 brands pressure cook their beans and put them in PBA free cans , Jovial brand put their beans in glass containers - Links Below For you 👇Eden beans also sold @whole foods and organic stores

🌱Ingredients: serving for 5
2 cans of EDEN or Jovial beans
1 Cup of de seeded and pealed tomato sauce
1/2 or more organic Basil
🌱for seasoning:
1 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt
1 tea spoon or cumin powder
1 tea spoon of chili powder ( i buy cumin powder and chili powder at trader joe's)
STEP 1
pour 1 cup of Italian tomato sauce into pan add beans
STEP 2
season with, 1 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt
1 tea spoon or cumin powder
1 tea spoon of chili powder
STEP3
add 1/2 cup of organic basil and mix

HOW TO SERVE THIS FANTASTIC DISH?
