Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, if using plain yogurt)
1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup mixed nuts (chopped almonds, pistachios, walnuts, etc.)
2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)
A pinch of sea salt (optional, to enhance flavors)
Instructions:
Prepare the Base:

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed.
Prepare the Baking Sheet:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Ensure the baking sheet is flat and will fit in your freezer.
Spread the Yogurt:

Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
Add Toppings:

Sprinkle the mixed berries, nuts, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips over the yogurt. Lightly press the toppings into the yogurt with your hand or the back of a spoon. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
Freeze:

Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt bark is fully set and firm.
Break into Pieces:

Once frozen, lift the bark off the parchment and break it into pieces by hand or cut it with a knife.
Serve or Store:

Enjoy the frozen yogurt bark immediately as a refreshing treat. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container or ziplock bag in the freezer.
Tips:
Customize Your Toppings: Feel free to get creative with the toppings. You can use any combination of fruits, nuts, seeds, or even a swirl of peanut butter or jam.
Yogurt Choice: While Greek yogurt is preferred for its thickness and higher protein content, you can use any yogurt of your choice. Just note that thinner yogurts may take longer to freeze and might be less firm.
