Our Campervan is in bits!

In this video we carry out some DIY mechanical work to our Citroen Relay 2.2 Campervan.

One of the coolant hoses coming from the heater matrix was damaged after rubbing on a metal bracket, so when I was replacing that hose I decided to do a few other jobs at the same time.

New coolant/ heater matrix hose replaced.
Radiator removed and new one fitted.
EGR valve removed, cleaned and re-fitted.
Air intake removed, cleaned and re-fitted.
Glow plugs removal procedure.
MAP sensor removal and cleaning.
MAF sensor location.
Bumper removal and re-fitting.
Fuel filter removal and re-fitting.
Air filter housing removal and re-fitting.

This is a Ford Puma 2.2 engine and is used on the following vehicles;
Citroen Relay Jumper 2.2
Peugeot Boxer 2.2
Fiat Ducato 2.2
Ford Transit 2.2 2.4 MK7
Ford Ranger 2.2
Land Rover Defender 2.2
