Machine knitting neckline part 1 — charting and partial knitting

The neckline shaping on a knitting machine can be confusing. In the part 1 video here, we are learning the basic charting and the partial knitting technique. The sample is for woman's medium size with worsted weight yarn and Brother 260 knitting machine. In the part 2 video, we will talk about knitting the neckband and different options for finishing the neck. I use the Brother 260 bulky knitting machine, but the same method can be used in most machines.
