To kill first Pufferfish:
1. Send Manic Eraser when your cash is reaching ~3100. That should trigger Doge Cannon
2. As soon as Wave ATK is finished, send another Manic Eraser. It will stop the first Pufferfish very close to your base without damaging it.
3. Then just do Manic Eraser + IDI combo. You should be able to kill it before Doge Cannon done recharging another Wave ATK

From there, your mission is to gather the remaining 3 Pufferfish and synchronize them. It's can be done easily using Manic Eraser + LD Attacker. I suggest to use Rugby Cat since he has quite fast cooldown and has Wave Immunity.

Once you manage to synchronize all 3 Pufferfish, you have two routes ahead. You can play safe and chip down Trio Pufferfish using Rugby Cat. It's long and tedious, but you it gets the job done. That's all what matters.

The second route is the risky way. First make sure you trigger Doge Cannon beforehand. Then let Pufferfish to hit your base. From there, you rush them again using IDI/Manic Eraser. Why it's risky? Because sometimes Pufferfish can still unsynchronized like in 00:51 and 01:42. My suggestion, combine the both path to gain maximum benefit.

Iron Wall and Shellboner Cat is your emergency staller in case Pufferfish moving down in same with Doge Cannon unleashing its Wave ATK. I brought Stone Cat for same purpose, but it ends useless because he has Single-Target Attack and doesn't have long backswing to stop Pufferfish's rebound. Base HP Up combo is there as just-in-case measurement.
