BH754e press roller movement failure 3101

We have replaced the fuser twice with brand new. We have replaced the fuser drive unit twice with brand new. We have tried multiple combinations. The drive units are of the new style. Every component has been installed into a donor machine with no problem. All fusers and drives work fine in a working machine.

Thinking processing issues of sensor signals or motor outputs not being processed correctly, the PRCB was replaced. No difference. The 3101 is generated from the sensor built into the fuser, so has been replaced with multiple fusers. Any motors are contained in the drive unit, so they have been replaced.

The machine has been stationary for 3 years and actually underworked for 600,000 copies. Our initial visit was for the knocking noise. FW was upgraded before any action was taken.
