Mstock is a new broker in town that has recently become popular due to its lifetime zero brokerage and free Account maintenance charges plans.

Our team members actually experienced the whole journey from account opening to placing orders to account closing in order to provide you with an in-depth and practical review of mStock broker.

In the initial step, our team members put leads to different sources of account opening and some of them received a call back for completing the process of demat account opening while some did not.

So as you will watch the video, you will see that the Mstock demat account opening went smooth for almost all the team members.

Then we moved towards App review. In this, we reviewed the app completely from different perspectives such as expert, intermediate and beginner.
Although the app is fast, it is quite basic, scrip data isn’t perfectly categorised and for options trading, the data provided in this app is somewhere insufficient.

Afterwards, we went to experience the Mstock customer service, which is one of the most significant things to consider before opening a demat account.

Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t up to mark and we had to face something that was unexpected and strange.

So what happened was that we tried every possible way to get in touch with Mstock customer care team but got no response. We even tried at different times and from different numbers still got zero response. Apart from that, we tried reaching out to Mstock compliance officer as well as Mstock CEO and the result was same.

At the end, we tried to checkout the demat account closing process, however the response was again nil.

So as a conclusion, the account opening process was good, the app is fine, the brokerage plan is also good, however the customer service isn’t up to the mark.
