INGREDIENTS:
Poha / flatten rice 1 cup
Strain well
Roast for 5 mins
Peanut 1/4 cup
Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
Roast for 2-3 mins low flame
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Grind well
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cashew nut 1 tbsp
Almond 1 tbsp
Raisin 1 tbsp
Roast until golden brown
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Mix well
Milk 1-2 tsp
Mix well
Make ladoo

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
