Pro touring 1974 Camaro

Описание к видео Pro touring 1974 Camaro

Welcome to Michael Motorsports. This is a quick edit put together to demonstrate the "Red Queen" and the journey that we have had to get where we are at now. From local autocross, daily driving, car shows, and soon hill climb events. The car is a 1974 Chevy Camaro that was purchased as a rolling shell re-skined to emulate the iconic 1970-1973 rs. Three years of intensive labor, all done in a one car gerage to get version one on the road. After seven years with it, going through several revisions, it's now boasting a 385 cubic inch gen II LT1, producing a moderate 500hp at the crankshaft. The chassis has sean the most attention, such as welded seams in the greenhouse during the original assembly, a roll bar, and various rigidity adding components. The subframe has been modified for strength and has the array of bolt on aftermarket goodies that give the car the ability to carv corners at two g's. The rear is sporting a modified Speedtech torque arm with Viking coilovers at all four corners. The brakes are Corvette take offs, with Hawk hps pads producing over 2.5 g's when up to operating temperature. Rushforth wheels wrapped in Falken Azenis conects all of the magic to the ground.
