Best Cornmeal Cake Recipe (Bolo de Fubá)

This is very simple and quick to do and it tastes lovely so give it a go and let me know how you get on

The recipe is converted from grams to cups so these are approximate US cup measurements

Recipe

3 large eggs
250g / 1 1/4 cups of Sugar
Pinch of Salt
150ml / 1/2 cup + 2tbsp of Oil
200ml / 3/4 cup + 1tbsp of warm milk
135g / 1 cup + 2tbsp of Plain Flour
135g / 1 cup + 2tbsp of Finely ground Cornmeal/Cornflour
1 tbsp of Baking powder

That was a 25cm tin

Bake at 180C/356f for about 30 minutes
