1 tbsp cornstarch
Little bit of black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp cooking wine

Slurry
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup of water

Sauce for stir fry the snow peas
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar
Little bit of black pepper
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1/3 tsp chicken power
1/3 cup of water
