Rousing haka for Howick College Premier Netball Team

Last night the Howick College Premier Netball team faced St Kentigen College to battle it out for 1st and 2nd place in the finals of the Auckland Netball Secondary Schools Competition, Premier Division.

The girls fought to the end and gave it everything they had. Although it may not have been the result they hoped for, they can certainly hold their heads high and feel extremely proud to have taken 2nd place in the competition.

On behalf of the team, we would like to thank everyone who has supported them on their journey especially the huge crowd who turned up on the night to show their love and support - so much red and black!

Special thanks to the Howick College 1st XV who honoured the girls with a spine-tingling haka that raised the roof.
