How to edit rules.ini in red alert 2

this video will show how you can edit red alert 2 using a simple file called rules.ini located on your red alert 2 directory if you do not have this file you can download it from here http://www.filefront.com/14000/RA2-Ru... in this video i will change the stupid weapon a conscript has into a deadly atomic path of doom! you can change almost every aspect of the game with this little file so if you want me to do something different just comment or give me a video response so this was my first video i hope you liked it all the other videos im gonna make are gonna have huge improvements recommend stuff to me if you know a finger two about editing files e.t.c than the rules.ini file is gonna be like a piece of cake to you because this file is self explanatory.
