A quick recipe
Elaneer payasam panna cotta
🥥To a bowl add 1 tsp agar agar,2 tbsp water and mix well.
🥥Now to a pan add 1 cup thick milk and reduce it to 1/4 cup.
🥥Then add the agar agar mix, 2 tbsp sugar and cook for 2 min.
🥥Then add 1/4 cup thick coconut milk, 1/4 cup tender coconut water and mix well.
🥥Once it gets thick transfer it to a silicone mould and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Tender coconut jelly
🥥Mix 1 tsp agar agar powder and 2 tbsp water in a bowl and add it to a pan.
🥥Then add 1/2 cup tender coconut water and mix for 2 min.
🥥Transfer it to a plate and refrigerate for 20 min.
🥥Cut into desired size and shape.

Coconut crumble
🥥To a bowl add 1/4 cup grated coconut, 2 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp sugar, 1&1/2 tbsp butter and mix well.
🥥Spread it over a parchment paper and bake at 170°C for 10 min.

White chocolate ball
🥥Melt white chocolate by double boiling method and mix green food colour.
🥥Coat the chocolate in a hemisphere mould and refrigerate 10 min.
🥥Now remove the chocolate dome from the mould.
🥥To one hemisphere chocolate add panna cotta, jelly, crumble and close it with another half hemisphere chocolate so that you will get a chocolate ball.( use melted chocolate to seal both hemisphere)
🥥Now plate it on a bed of coconut crumble.
