Coming July 25 (2023) - a new digital banking experience is taking off!

DON’T GET LEFT IN THE DARK
We’re upgrading our digital banking experience, but to avoid digital lockout, you’ll need to know some important information.
The journey to a whole new digital world is as easy as 1-2-3.

1) KNOW YOUR INFORMATION: Prior to launch date, know your mobile app or online banking username and your password (Hint: We recommend writing them down and storing them in a safe place).
2) CHECK IN, AND THEN REFRESH: Check your accounts online or in our app through July 24. But on July 25th, be prepared to briefly disconnect while new features are activated. Our mobile app and online banking services will be unavailable all day on July 25th.
3) OPEN UP A WHOLE NEW (DIGITAL BANKING) WORLD: Open our app, and you’ll be prompted to download the new version (android users may need to search ‘FFCCU mobile app’ in the Google Play store). Use your existing credentials (you know, the ones from above that you wrote down) to log in. Check out all the new app has to offer and set up any alerts.

WARNING: AVOID DELAYS AND LONG WAIT TIMES
Know your FFCCU account number, your mobile app or online banking user ID, and your password before our new digital banking experience launches on July 25.
Users who don’t know this information prior to July 25, will need to call FFCCU for assistance with getting into the new system. To avoid lengthy wait times on hold, we suggest you make note of this information prior to the updates to the platform.
