🚡 Rajgir Ropeway
Our journey begins with a thrilling ride on the Rajgir Ropeway, the oldest chairlift in India. Soaring over lush green hills and a thick forest, this ropeway offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Rajgir valley. At the top, you'll reach the magnificent Vishwa Shanti Stupa or Peace Pagoda, a symbol of harmony built by Japanese Buddhists. A must-do for stunning views and a dose of serenity.

Entry Fee: Adult: ₹120; Child: ₹30

🏛️ Bimbisar Jail
Next, we visit the legendary Bimbisar Jail. This is the very spot where, according to lore, King Bimbisar was imprisoned by his son, Ajatshatru. From this jail, he requested to be held in a place where he could see the Buddha meditating on Vulture's Peak. The ruins tell a captivating story of betrayal and devotion.

💰 Sone Bhandar
Get ready for a treasure hunt! Sone Bhandar, or the "Storehouse of Gold," is a pair of ancient caves carved out of rock. Legend has it that a massive treasure from the Magadha empire is hidden within these walls, protected by a riddle inscribed on the entrance. The caves' unique carvings and the story of the British trying to open it with a cannonball make this a truly fascinating stop.

🤼 Jarasandh Akhada
Step into the epic world of the Mahabharata at Jarasandh Akhada, a legendary wrestling ground. This is believed to be the spot where the mighty Bhima and Jarasandh, the king of Magadha, engaged in their famous duel. The large stone footprints and the mythological tale behind them will leave you in awe of this ancient battlefield.

🎓 Nalanda University
No trip to this region is complete without a visit to the historic ruins of Nalanda University. As one of the world's oldest and most renowned centers of learning, this site once hosted thousands of students and monks from across the globe. You'll walk through the remains of lecture halls, dormitories, and temples that speak volumes of India's glorious past. The entry fee is for the archaeological site, not the modern university, so be sure to explore the right place!

Entry Fee: Indian Nationals: ₹40, Foreigners: ₹250, Child Below 15: Free.
