Getting Mail in Basic Training is such an important part of the day. You're sore, tired, and lonely. When it's time for Mail Call though, you can't help but smile, because you know you're getting a letter from someone who cares about you. Honestly getting a letter boosts morale and overall focus on your training because it reminds you why you are there in the first place. I am happy to announce that I have teamed up with Sandboxx, a company/app that was created by Veterans to help promote the importance of sending letters to the troops who are attending Basic Training and even those who are Deployed overseas.
