Ingredients to make 12 chocolate muffins:

1 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 gram salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a bowl, mix together the milk, oil and egg.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Fill each muffin cup about 1/2 of the way full with the batter.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
7. Let the muffins cool down completely.
