If you stand all day at work you probably experience painful feet and a sore back. More than that, recent research has shown that people who stand all day are at more risk than people who sit all day in their jobs for heart disease. This is because the blood pools and collects around their ankles and feet, which actually causes varicose veins, more cramps and pain in your legs and feet throughout the evening and night.

In this short video I will show you the best yoga poses to help you recover from standing all day at work. If you are on your feet all day at work, then you can take 5-10 minutes after work to get rid of foot pain and back pain when you get home.
