Another venerable Airfix kit, first released in 1961. This is the 2005 release of the kit, the last of the pre-Hornby era.


Like all Airfix kits of this vintage, it's now showing it's age somewhat, with the usual raised rivets/panel lines and lack of interior detail. The moulding in this release looks a little scruffy as well. The decals though are of reasonable quality and the kit will always have nostalgia value for many.
