Surti vati dal khaman also known for its tasty chutney recipe. I used to eat this khaman and its chutney in Surat during my job in Surat. Many people thinks that this is basic green chutney because most of the ingredients are common but only slight changes in routine green chutney and you can make khaman chutney. This chutney also goes very well with chorafali, Dhokla, Live Dhokla, any many other farsan.
