Walk thru color by color with explanation on how we screenprinted 90lpi 4 color process w/ 305 mesh

Walk thru color by color as we screenprint 90 lpi halftone, 4 color process onto white tshirts thru 305 mesh. Using Advantage 4 color process plastisol inks, screens made with HiRez Pink SBQ emulsion & High Definition inkjet film.

If you used the equation of lpi x 5 this design would be impossible to screenprint as you would need 450 mesh, which doesnt exist. Advanced printing involves controlling the variables and using Professional grade products.
