So far in human history, Earth is the only planet on which there is life. Some scientists even believe that it is the only planet in the universe in which biodiversity exists. So, the story begins about 4.5 billion years ago when our so-called Solar System began to take shape. A large Mars-like planet called Theia collided with Earth, resulting in the formation of the Moon. Then after millions of years the earth started cooling down, oxygen combined with hydrogen to form water vapors, due to which it rained for thousands of years. Due to this, the earth was surrounded by large oceans and in these oceans, the single celled organism first started breathing. Gradually they evolved into single cellular, multicellular and eventually larger organisms. Our continents started moving forward to form a supercontinent called Pangaea, then due to volcanoes and tectonic disturbance, these continents started breaking. Then the dinosaurs enter the story who rule the earth for millions of years. Then one day a big asteroid came to end this dictatorship. Gradually, evolution started taking place, due to which we see biodiversity today. Our planet has gone through very tough times to make it habitable but unfortunately humans are now destroying it.
