Agrosaw offers world-class technology for carrot polishing. This solution includes a feed spout, feed elevator, polisher and inspection table.
Raw carrots are brought from the farms to the processing area where they are thoroughly Washed and Polished
In the Primary step, the muddy Carrots are manually dumped into the feeding Elevator.
This feeding Elevator takes the carrot into the
drum washer.
The rotational movement of the drum washer and water removes the heavy mud and soil from the surface of the carrots.
After preliminary cleaning carrots are then dumped into another feeding elevator which then takes the vegetables for polishing.
Carrot polisher has rotating drums made up of nylon brushes. two water pipes spray fresh or recycled waters as it travels through the drums. Carrots are polished because of the rubbing action

The carrot Polisher has brushes that help in the removal of the final unwanted layer and impurities from the surface of the Carrot.

From here carrots are smoothly transferred to a manual Sorting conveyor, the workers standing along the sides of this machine will sort out the damaged or rotten carrots and fill bags with the desired quality polished carrots. These bags are then loaded to be transported to market.
