Hero Contracts Explained in Last Fortress

Hero contracts are a way to increase the quality of a hero without having to recruit that hero multiple times.

When you create a contract with a veteran hero and rookie hero, in the last fortress, you automatically increase the rookie heroes quality.

This allows you to use that hero's skills and increase their level cap.

So you may initially have a purple hero that can only level up to 50, but then you add a contract and that hero is now gold. This makes his level cap go over 50 so you can keep increasing his level and it will unlock his skills.

This works great with getting a destruction hero's 3rd skill open so you can use it to take out city walls.
