Today, we tried the Cheese Skirt Beef Burger and the Duck Confit Burger with Truffle Mayo. We visit Tiong Bahru Market which is a hawker center famous for their excellent array of street food in Singapore.
The burgers are from Skirt and Dirt, a newly opened stall which I heard about and finally got around to trying.
