Room Tour of the Standard View Room at Disney's Beach Club Resort

This is a room tour of the standard view room at Disney's Beach Club Resort. Our view was of a wall of greenery, but it could have been worse (parking lot, gray wall, etc). We really didn't mind it. There was quite a bit of noise at night from Epcot from a party that was going on, so when you're this close to the park, there is a chance you'll be kept up late. A noise machine or ear plugs will help. This is a really convenient walk to Epcot, and you're also close to Hollywood Studios, so Beach Club does have its perks for location.

This room sleeps five people and has one bathroom. It doesn't have a ton of space for five people to move around, but it's not the smallest room we've seen either. The biggest issue is where
Beach Club Standard View Layout:

The mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and K-cups are located on the left when you first walk in. There's an adorable picture of Mickey and Minnie on the wall above it.

To the right is the bathroom. There's nothing separating the sink area from the main bedroom which makes getting ready in the morning a struggle if someone gets up before everyone else. The shower and toilet area does have a door separate from the sink, so someone could get ready while someone else is showering. The sink is a double vanity with a decent amount of counter space for makeup and hair supplies. There is a tub and shower in the bathroom with Hidden Mickeys on the shower curtain.

There's storage in the entertainment center with seashells on the knobs. The housekeeper made a Mickey from wash cloths and a hand towel that was left on the bed. We love those extra little details. There are two queen beds in the room, neither of which is a pull out or pull down. There is not under-the-bed storage in the room. The couch pulls down to make space for the fifth person to sleep. The pillows on the couch have Hidden Mickeys hiding really well on them.

There is a desk and chair for working as well as a small table on wheels under the desk for room service or just to have another place to set smaller items.

The balcony can only hold 1-2 people as it is very tiny. There's not much of a view though, so we can't imagine anyone would stand out there long anyway.
