Flying to Breakfast | Flight to Dexter | Airways Cafe | Remos GX | Scaled Composites 401

Come along with us as we go flying in a Remos GX to Dexter, MO for breakfast at the Airways Cafe. Instead of a pilot's "$100 Hamburger," we decided to go for a "$100 Breakfast." Airways Cafe is a popular Saturday morning spot for all the local pilots to fly into for breakfast. While we were flying we spotted a Scaled Composites 401 sitting on the runway at our departure airport.
