Ham Radio Live Show 213 would like to thank Queen and their labels, EMI Records, Paraphone, Elektra, Capitol Records, Hollywood Records, Island Records and Virgin Records as well as Bob Gelfof, the man who produced Live Aid.

The whole point behind using Queen’s “Radio Ga Ga” is to point out that ham radio licensees are held to the highest standard regarding communications from their stations. This includes, not using profane language, not stalking another licensee, providing “remarks of a general nature” and to never use your station to verbally attach another ham radio operator.

Both of the men involved During the receorded performance of “Radio Ga Ga” should never have engaged in this type I have communication on the ham bands.

If someone starts to verbally attack you, either turn the radio off or change frequencies and talk with someone else. NEVER ENGAGE The other individual. It’s better to change frequencies rather than lose your cool and possibly lose your license.

The show also has ham/shortwave radio Propagation information and forecasting, a trivia question add a topic question about the farthest call you’ve ever made with 100 watts and a non directional antenna.

At the end, you’ll see a photo of my Greyline Performance Flagpole Antenna during the sign off. The build is almost complete as I need to now add the remote Tuner to the base of the antenna. The flag is at half staff in honor of Memorial Day here in the US.
