How historically accurate are Hungary and Poland in CK3?

In this video we are looking at how realistic the depiction of Poland and Hungary is in Crusader Kings 3. Both kingdoms are very old, very Catholic, and they shared a border for almost a millenium, so it is also interesting to look at their relationship to each other.
