Katie Egan - Women Who Roll - Interview NOVA RYU BJJ

We had the honor to sit down and talk all things BJJ with the phenomenal Katie Egan, founder of the women who roll movement and website – please make sure to check her out on social media!– Katie is a high-level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and competitor, 2024 Pan-American champion, with numerous other super-fight and tournament titles in both gi and Nogi to her name. She actively competes out of Foster Brazilian Jiujitsu in Kent, Washington. Katie has a wealth of experience as a BJJ referee, competitor and instructor – she is a champion for female BJJ practitioners and a strong proponent of and role model for womens participation in the art and sport.

Katie is also a strong advocate for the promotion of mental health and took her time to discuss these issues with us – incredibly insightful and meaningful interview that we were proud to be a part of – big thanks to Katie for coming on the channel!
